Education
James E. Dighero graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1985. While in law school, he studied International Law at Salzburg University in Salzburg, Austria, through a McGeorge extension program.
While studying at law school, he worked as a law clerk to the Sacramento Superior Court Judges for approximately 2 years. Then he was self-employed as an independent contractor and legal researcher for about 40 individual attorneys and law firms before starting his own private practice in the Sacramento area.
Experience
Today James E. Dighero has over 25 years of legal experience devoted exclusively to persons who have been injured in auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, defective products, dog attacks, and dangerous property conditions.
Case Handling
In many cases, we bring in other professionals to assist with our clients’ cases such as private investigators, engineers, accident reconstructionist, accountants, economists, medical doctors, medical experts, court reporters, process servers, and paralegals.
Also, we help clients find quality medical care for the treatment of their injuries in cases where they have no medical insurance. These medical doctors, surgeons, physical therapists, and medical facilities are willing to wait until the end of a case to get paid for their services.
Fees
Finally, when we take an accident injury case, we assist with the resolution of the client's property damage claim at no charge. Our fee is based on the client's injury case only, and we are paid at the end of the case only if there is a recovery. We advance all costs of a case to aggressively pursue a client's case.
Most of our work involves handling the Sacramento area’s auto accident and personal injury cases.
